for an application to be completed and returned to the address
located at the top of the application. For each medication listed,
the client is then given medication specific applications for
the appropriate Pharmaceutical Companies to be taken the Doctor's
office for signature and/or other required information.
Once
application has been signed, return to your local Rx office. It
is then our job to make sure that everything is complete and accurate
and all required information has been obtained. All applications
are then mailed to the Pharmaceutical Companies for consideration.
If approved you should receive your medications within 4-6 weeks.
We cannot guarantee approval; this comes from the Pharmaceutical
Company. These medications may arrive at your home and some may
be sent to the Doctor's office for you to pick up.
