- Voucher Program that provides temporary substitute for care recipient and a brief period of rest and relief for you the caregiver.
- Access to information, services and resources available to you within your community, and
- Assistance to you individually and through avenues such as support groups and function specific training, to make decisions and solve problems related to your caregiver role.
The Great Plains Improvement Foundation is the host agency for the Respite Caregiver Program under the National Family Caregiver Support Program of the Older American's Act. We serve an eight county area to include Caddo, Comanche, Cotton, Grady, Jefferson, McClain, Stephens and Tillman.
